Courier Services

Gail Gentry of Mobile Notary Ninjas provides fast, efficient, and accurate courier services for your docs at the Baltimore area Clerk of the Court’s offices, MD Secretary of state (SOS), US SOS or foreign consulate general offices. 

The documents can be picked up from you at a mobile location, your office, your client’s office, your client’s home or the local coffee shop.

Gail will stand in line to record your deeds, deeds of trust, powers of attorney and apostille applications as needed. 

After a trip to Clerk of the Court’s office Gail will return a scanned copy of the recordation receipt to you as well drop the original receipt to you.  If you prefer the receipt can be sent to you via FedEx/UPS/USPS.

Gail can drop your apostille applications directly to the MD and US SOS and pick up when ready.
